TestoJack 100 – A great supplement for men

June 10, 2013 By Pill Scout 7 Comments

There’s no doubt about it: the modern environment is hostile to testosterone. We have xenoestrogens and other castrating chemicals floating around in our food and water, and if the media is to be believed, men are pretty much being caged up and forced to live like docile servants, which is ball-crushing in a sense that might as well be literal.

Today I’m writing to say that there’s a good, reliable product for men out there called TestoJack 100.

It’s not anything specially anabolic or magical, but is a natural means to maintain the best testosterone levels that you can in the modern environment, meaning you don’t have to be an athlete to find the benefit of taking this. It’s all blended together into a bottle of convenient little capsules that you can take when you want it.

I’ve owned two bottles of TestoJack 100 and have taken it on and off over the past year, and I must say there is a good subjective difference in terms of post-workout recovery, stamina (in general) and erection quality, which is pivotal for any sexually-active male out there.

TestoJack 100’s Active Ingredients

  • Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine HCl)
  • Magnesium (aspartate)
  • Zinc  (L-Monomethionine and Aspartate forms)
  • ZMA (blend of zinc, magnesium and B6)
  • Tribulus terrestris Extract
  • LJ100 Tongkat Ali (Eurycoma longifolia)

As far as B6, Magnesium and Zinc are concerned, these form a blend called “ZMA” which was developed to support athletic recovery and was reported to increase testosterone, however with mixed studies. While it may not magically increase testosterone, if your diet is lacking in zinc or magnesium, you will have issues maintaining your natural testosterone levels, so these are the key players in this supplement. Vitamin B6 (which is also included) is not only needed for a healthy nervous system and maintaining a calm mood, it is needed for the breakdown of protein, so if you’re eating a high-protein diet like keto or paleo, this one will also be handy to have.

Herbal ingredients of TestoJack 100

Tribulus terrestris is an herbal aphrodisiac often touted as a sexual performance enhancer. While no hard evidence has shown that it necessarily increases testosterone, it’s been proven to improve libido and sexual performance, and is great for lowering blood pressure.

Tongkat Ali is included in TestoJack for its sexual properties as well. Studies that claim literal increases of testosterone from Tongkat Ali are controversial, however it’s been proven to have anti-estrogenic effects which is great for men. Plus it is a male fertility booster, known to improve erectile quality and increase sperm production, both of which may be side effects of Tongkat Ali’s anti-estrogenic properties.

Do not confuse TestoJack 100 with TestoJack 200, either. Both products are by the same company but contain some different ingredients. I’m curious so I will order a bottle of TestoJack 200 and report back on it later.

Anyway, if you are like most men and you feel like you could use some of those essential minerals for male health and get a little extra bonus out of the included herbal supplements, don’t hesitate to order a bottle today.

did you ever try testojack 200? how did it compare?

    • Pill Scout

TestoJack 200 is on my to-do list. Judging by the ingredients alone I would see it as a complementary supplement to take with TestoJack 100 since TJ200 has more herbal than nutritional ingredients. Not that herbals are bad or don’t work, it’s just that there is less established efficacy for herbal supplements in general: My two cents.

I want to ask, is this best to take in the mornings or before bed and let it work during sleep?

    • Pill Scout

Generally with minerals you will want to take them when they will be less susceptible to being blocked from absorption from consuming grain-rich foods or tannins from coffee, tea, beer or wine. For most people this would be right before bed.

      In short: yes, before sleep!

It tells you to take it with food, I’d say you don’t want to eat before bed, so with lunch or dinner is when I take it.

I take minerals like zinc or copper in the morning after food, and minerals like magnesium or calcium after dinner. But I wait an hour after eating so the food has already been partially digested and the stomach acid level is high so the minerals do not buffer the acid and impair natural digestion. Testosterone I believe is highest in the morning, so you would want to mimic your bodies natural cycle, I would think. Conversely human growth hormone is released highest during sleep. So, I guess it pays to know that kind of stuff.
